OUR PURPOSE

OUR PURPOSE is to improve the success of each tree fruit grower in setting a profitable crop every year.

In collaboration with researchers and growers, we develop and deliver the most effective means of producing and applying pollen, thus increasing grower confidence in being able to consistently set a successful crop.

We believe that by constantly improving, taking the long-term view and always doing what is right for growers and our employees, we move closer towards the ideal of excellence.

OUR TEAM

Scott Beddard
General Manager

Scott loves learning, barbequing, getting better and seeing progress in people and processes. He really enjoys interacting with growers, listening to them and their challenges, and finding ways to help them.  Scott also gets excited about technology and how it can improve the quality of life. When he’s not working with pollen, he enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, travel, going to Mariners games with the family, and reading books and listening to podcasts on self-improvement and human performance. Right now, he’s learning Spanish.

Jennifer Beddard
Office Manager

Jen loves agriculture and gardening. When she’s not doing bookkeeping, talking with growers, managing our pollen processing area, or delivering orders, she loves being outside tending to her flower and vegetable gardens. Jen also loves reading and learning about different countries and cultures. It is her dream to travel to 50 different countries by the time she turns 65.

Evie Beddard

Evie is very artistic. She loves reading, drawing, designing, and writing. She’s also a very hard worker. During pollen season, she is Jen’s apprentice in many ways. She is quick to help in the processing area when the flowers come in and getting orders organized for delivery. She is currently learning how to file, package pollen, and prepare orders for shipment.

Maverick Beddard

Maverick loves interacting with people. He enjoys going out with Scott to talk with growers. He loves being outside doing adventurous activities. He loves skiing, snowboarding, camping, and fishing. He also loves music, socializing, and learning how to do cool things like solving the Rubik’s cube. Right now, he’s starting to help with our company’s social media by creating and editing videos.

Michael Beddard

Michael is very mechanical and loves to create. At 12 years old, he helps repair our pollen machines, comes up with new and better ways to process pollen, and is constantly tinkering and creating in our shop. When something breaks down, he’s on it and is almost always able to fix it. He loves watching fabricating videos on YouTube, and playing baseball.

Florentino Chavez
Foreman

Where to start about Florentino. We couldn’t do what we do without him. Florentino is one of the most hard-working, friendly, positive, and kind individuals we know. Florentino is our foreman, orchard finder, and salesman. He also has a great sense of humor and loves to joke around. During our busy season, you can find him out with crews in the orchard, making jokes, singing, dancing, and playing Mariachi music. His positivity keeps us all going when things get stressful in the midst of our season. Florentino’s motto is “Everything will work out.”
